Acceptable Reasons for Returning a Product

We accept returns only for manufacturer errors, not customer-induced damage. Please inspect your device and ensure it’s free from damage that does not meet the requirements listed below.

What CAN be returned?

• Devices like Caliburn, Nord, etc.
• Disposables like Flavour Beast, Vice 5500, Mr Fog

What CANNOT be returned? (Unless confirmed In person by management)

• Coils
• Pods
• Tanks
• 18650 batteries
• Juice

When You Can Return a Product

You can return a device if it:

• Doesn’t charge (requires in store-test)
• Doesn’t fire (in-store demonstration required)
• Doesn’t turn on (requires in store-test)
• Auto-fires (No juice leakage)

You can return a disposable if it:

• Does not fire (requires in store-test)
• Auto-fires (in-store demonstration required)
